At Debbie’s Cookies, we believe that the best quality baked goods can only be made from the best quality ingredients.
We search for the best ingredients in Cyprus and the world. Our main ingredients are:
Flour from Cyprus. We take care that our main raw material, flour, is sourced from Cyprus and produced using the best quality methods.
Eggs from Cyprus. Our eggs are grown in Cyprus and we ensure that all suppliers comply with best practise.
Chocolate is imported from Belgium. We use seven different types of rich, dark Belgian chocolate from a producer with a 100-year tradition of excellence. This gives our cakes and cupcakes an intense, fine flavour.
We use Lyle’s Maple Syrup, Lyle’s Golden Syrup and Lyle’s Black Treacle, which follow a century-old tradition of quality. This gives our maple pies, gingerbread men and cookies their unique flavour.
Our Peanut Butter is made entirely in our workshop, by us. Peanuts are sourced from Georgia in the United States, and blended to form an intense, rich flavour for our unique peanut butter cookies.
Coconut flakes and coconut oil to garnish our signature Coconut Cakes and Coconut and Cranberry Tarts.
Carob Syrup and Tahini are sourced in Cyprus from top quality producers, that give our tahini pies a unique and healthy flavour.
Our olives and feta cheese are sourced in Cyprus, from top quality producers, and used in our fresh-baked spinach pies.
Poppy seeds are used in Lemon Poppyseed Bundt cake.
Mangos, Cranberries, Strawberries and other fine fruits and raisins are sourced in Cyprus and in the European Union.
All bakery ingredients are carefully checked and tested for quality prior to use in our cookies, cupcakes, wedding cakes and other delights.
